End of School Year Program Guide

We are nearing the end of the program year! You might be wondering – what the heck do I do now? Here’s some highlights:

1. Take the End of School Year Survey

This is required for everyone – and it only takes a few minutes. This provides important information like if you would like to continue next school year, or if you are graduating.

2. Make Sure Your Contract is Complete

The contract end term is May 31st, 2026, and your two required projects must be submitted before then. This includes 1 event project and 1 secondary project.

If you don’t complete your contract in time, or create a plan with Jenn to do so, you won’t be eligible to continue in the next program year; or if you are graduating or departing, you’re not eligible to receive your final point payout.

If You’re Graduating/Departing:

• If your address is changing right away, please let me know what your new mailing address is
• You can make a recommendation for a replacement ambassador
  • note that your recommendee is not guaranteed a spot
  • recommendees must apply through the application link
• If you reached the income threshold; your tax paperwork for 2026 will still be emailed to you next January
• Please download any information you’d like to keep from Monday as you will lose access eventually
• You will be removed from the Discord group in June
• If you have been in the program for awhile and had received one of our cameras, that will have to be shipped back
• If your contract is complete: all remaining points will be paid out to you

If You’re Continuing:

• You’re allowed to continue working throughout the summer
  • Any projects submitted between June 1-August (date TBD) will not count towards any competitions for next school year
  • There are no top point earners for June-August
• You’ll gain access to the new school year monday board in August
• Updates/changes to the program will be announced before the next school year
• Points from this school year will be transferred to next year’s, or you can redeem them anytime (if your contract is complete)
